Site specific. E.G – Highway – 20 metres. Railway Corridor – will depend on type of corridor or type of train using it. Major Road – 10 metres etc.
Do you have to apply to council for a boundary relaxation? If so, when should this be obtained?
Yes. Prior to lodgement of building approval.
